- Have you ever watch Spread movie? This movie is acted by Ashton Kutcher, Anne Heche and Margarita Levieva. The film was launched in 2009 and become a great film to watch. Here we don’t want to explain about the detail of the film, but we try to feature the house used in the movie. The Spread set is the nickname of this Openhouse. This fascinating house is located in the Hollywood Hills. L.A based Xten Architecture is the person behind this wonderful house. L.A based Xten Architecture was asked to custom build a cantilevered home that would just out over the hillside by previous owner Randolph Duke.
- Constructed with the ten feet retractable glass walls, this house is able to erase the boundaries between inside and outside. This construction also allows the fabulous views over Los Angeles. The beautiful panoramas can be seen perfectly in every angle of the house. The open living space is placed on the first floor of the house and the master suite is situated on the second level. The stepped and suspended structure hovers over the twinkling city. Outdoor dining is also provided in this spectacular house.
- Contemporary seating combined with stacked stone fireplace makes this house become a comfortable space to stay; while the courtyard is able to bring the natural life inside this house with the fresh greeny plants.
